Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the maintenance schedules for operational assets, ensuring both reactive and preventative activities are reviewed, approved, and meet technical standards.
- Assist in reviewing commissioning deliverables for new assets.
- Respond promptly to emergencies at solar facilities to minimize downtime, reduce revenue loss, and prioritize safety.
- Develop and implement Emergency Response Plans (ERPs) for onsite and offsite personnel.
- Support the development of PV repowering and revamping projects, including creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Communicate with customers, providing relevant updates and information as needed.
- Develop strategies to maintain high service levels, focusing on technical quality and customer relations.
- Help establish a network of suppliers and subcontractors for PV repowering projects.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of commercial solar O&M experience
- 2+ years of solar construction experience
- NABCEP and OSHA 30 preferred
- Ability to travel within the region
- Fluent in English
